  Top Tier Tech Support. SellEton scales is a absolutely amazing company to work with. We had a issue with our Floor scale at M&T Distilling in Hendersonville, NC and contacted them for some after sales support. To my surprise after talking to them and emailing them I got a email back with in depth discussion of my problem as well as links to videos for factory trouble shooting and links to order parts. I even got the cell phone number of one of the tech support team members so I could call him after ours from the location. Simply put they are the best and I promoting there products going forward. OH and a special thanks to Dara in Tech Support, he is a true asset to the company with his knowledge and professionalism.

  Had an issue with our scale reading an err6 code. And Dara walked me through step by step on trouble shooting and sent us replacement parts in a timely manner until we got it working again. Answered emails quickly and even took time to call me. Excellent customer service in my opinion
