My first time at Avecina was today. I had to get my daughter a sports physical. Every step of the way was really superb.
Booking online, paperwork online, waiting time, staff effectiveness and warmth of the team was all way above my expectations.
Urgent care is never good so I had a low expectation but that experience made me stop and think... wow, well done. 👏
